1.1: The Services facilitate skill-based competitions that may require users to deposit real money to participate.
1.2: All monetary transactions conducted through the Services are subject to verification, fraud prevention controls, and applicable laws in the United Kingdom and the United States.
1.3: The Company reserves the right to suspend, delay, or refuse any transaction where required to comply with legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
2. Deposits

4. Withdrawal Process
4.1: Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the account interface within the Services.
4.2: Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposits where required by law or payment processor rules.
4.3: Processing times may vary depending on verification status, payment method, financial institution, and jurisdiction.
4.4: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.
5. Fees
5.1: The Company may charge platform, transaction, or processing fees in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or participation in paid competitions.

6. Fraud Prevention and Account Reviews
6.1: The Company reserves the right to review, suspend, or reverse transactions where fraud, abuse, collusion, chargeback activity, or violation of the Terms and Conditions is suspected.
6.2: During an investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended and account balances may be frozen until the review is completed.
6.3: Where violations are confirmed, the Company may void match results, confiscate funds, or permanently close accounts, subject to applicable law.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
7.1: Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting customer support.
7.2: Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
7.3: The Company reserves the right to recover any costs, fees, or losses incurred as a result of chargebacks or payment disputes.
8. Taxes
8.1: Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from deposits, withdrawals, or winnings.
